Our investment policy is to diversify risk through investment in a Portfolio of master recordings of existing and future Songs that are acquired through payment of advances to artist and/or producers.
We acquire master recordings from different rights holders, which include songs in different music genres and which are performed by a large number of recording artists.
We seeks to acquire 10-100% of the master recordings. Each Song is considered to be a separate asset.
The Company receives payments attributable to the master rights in the Songs which it owns in the form of royalties or licence fees from;
• Mechanical royalties
• Performance royalties
• Synchronisation fees
We focus on delivering growth by efficiently collecting payments, and through active management and marketing of the songs we have invested in.
The Company may acquire Songs for cash, Shares or a combination of cash and Shares.
The Company intend to sell whole or parts of the Songs it owns to the public through its own trading platform where it considers to be in the best interests of investors.
